  I ordered my furniture July 20th and was told it would be in mid October because it had to be made. Mid October came and went. I called on 10/30 and was told I would get called back. I didn’t get called back. I called 10/31 and was told the furniture company (Lane) sent the wrong piece and I wouldn’t be getting my furniture until mid December. Mid December came and went. Mind you through out this whole process I was NEVER, not once called with an update as to what was going on. When I called them I was told I would be compensated, and I was offered a “loaner” couch (that was supposedly coming from their warehouse and had never been loaned out to anyone before... yea ok). Anyway, after going round and round with not one but two managers on the phone today they took 385$ off of what I owed. To me this is not at all acceptable, but I was told there was nothing else they could do. I was tempted to give the loaner back and cancel my entire order with them but I had already waited 5 and a half months. Moral of the story don’t do business with these people who can’t even call and let you know what is going on with your order. If they would have called even once throughout this whole process I would have been okay with the situation.
